Terms of sale

Thanks for buying from Sunday Waggle. These terms are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to info@sundaywaggle.com and a real person will answer.

Who we are

Sunday Waggle makes printable and fillable organizers for family life admin. Contact: info@sundaywaggle.com · 712 H St NE, PMB 93565, Washington, DC 20002, USA (mail only; this is a mail-receiving address, not an office).

Where you buy

Our kits are sold through Gumroad, and soon through Etsy. The platform you buy from takes your payment, delivers your download and sends your receipt. Its own terms apply to the purchase as well as these. On Gumroad, Gumroad acts as the reseller ("merchant of record") and handles sales tax and VAT. On Etsy, Etsy collects sales tax and VAT where the law requires it. Prices are shown at checkout in the platform's currency. Any tax is added or included as the platform shows.

What you get

• A digital download: PDF files (fillable and printable, in US Letter and A4, plus an iPad edition for GoodNotes and other PDF note apps) and, for some kits, a spreadsheet. Each listing says exactly what's included.
• Nothing is posted to you. You download the files straight after payment.
• The fillable PDFs work in free apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, iPad and phone) and Apple Preview. Some web browsers don't save what you type, so we suggest a proper PDF app.

Your license

When you buy a kit, you get a personal license to use it for you and your household, as often as you like, on any of your devices, and to print as many copies as you need.

Please don't share, resell, upload or give away the files, or pass them off as your own. Buying one for a friend? Please buy them their own copy, or send it as a gift from the platform.

The designs, text and illustrations (including Beans and the Parks) belong to Sunday Waggle. The Newsreader typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

What our kits are, and aren't

Our kits help you organize your own information. They are general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice. Filling one in has no legal effect: the Estate Binder is not a will, and the Family File's guardianship page doesn't appoint a guardian. Rules differ by country, state and province, and they change. Please check the rules where you live and talk to a qualified professional before you rely on anything.

You're responsible for what you write in your copy and for keeping it safe. Never record full account numbers, passwords or PINs.

If something goes wrong

If a file won't open, looks wrong, or isn't what the listing described, tell us. We'll fix it or send a fresh copy, and if we can't put it right, we'll refund you. The details are in our refund policy.

Our responsibility

We take care to make the kits accurate and useful, and we keep them updated. To the extent the law allows, Sunday Waggle isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using the kits. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase.
